Is a deposit required to start the project?

Yes. Most projects require a deposit to reserve your materials and scheduling. The balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Do you install Velux skylights?

Yes. We’re a certified Velux skylight installer and offer both fixed and venting skylight solutions as well as sun tunnels.

What kind of warranties do you offer?

We offer CertainTeed SureStart™ PLUS warranties (3-Star, 4-Star, and 5-Star) as well as our own Lifetime Service Warranty on workmanship.

Do you offer a referral program?

How do I apply for financing?

You can apply during your estimate appointment. Our team will help you submit a secure application online through GreenSky.

Can you install gutters, siding, or decks too?

Absolutely. In addition to roofing, we offer seamless gutter systems, vinyl and fiber cement siding installation, composite decking, and Velux skylight installation.

Will you pull permits for the job?

Yes. We handle all permit requirements to ensure your project is compliant with local building codes.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through GreenSky® with fast approvals, low monthly payments, and multiple plan options.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1 to 2 days, depending on the size and complexity of the job.

Do you offer roof repair services?

Yes. We offer comprehensive roof repairs including leak fixes, shingle replacement, storm damage restoration, and flashing repair.

Do you work with insurance for storm damage?

Yes. We assist with the insurance claim process and provide detailed damage reports, estimates, and repair documentation.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?

In many cases, CertainTeed warranties are transferable once. Ask our team for details based on your coverage level.

What types of roofing do you install?

We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roof systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC), and roof coatings.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes. We accept most major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. BCM Roofing is fully licensed in the state of Michigan and carries both liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
